Currently only supported for chained variables and list variables, which guarantee that no 2 entities use the same planningValue.

To get an instance, demand a SingletonInverseVariableDemand (for a chained variable) or a SingletonListInverseVariableDemand (for a list variable) from InnerScoreDirector.getSupplyManager().
