Specifies that a property (or a field) on a PlanningSolution class is a problem fact. A problem fact must not change during solving (except through ProblemFactChange event).

The problem fact will be added as a fact in the KieSession of the DroolsScoreDirector, so the score rules can use it.

Do not annotate planning entities or a planning paramerization as problem facts: they are automatically inserted into the KieSession.
